Many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, which makes returns and exchanges impossible.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS (OUR ERROR)
If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for review:

You must provide clear photos of the item received

Your order number must be included
If we confirm the error was on our end, we will correct it by sending the proper item.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT TIMELINES
Orders typically ship within 7 business days. In some cases, fulfillment may take up to 30 days
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES
